We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our company as an Assistant Marketing Manager. This position will primarily focus on e-commerce and brand management, playing a vital role in promoting our products and driving online sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and brand development within the wine industry.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy & Operations

  • Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy and promotional calendar, to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to optimize sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of e-commerce best practices.
  • Manage social media platforms, company website, CRM program activation for online and retail business.
  • Hands on experience in setting up and creating suitable roadmaps for e-commerce platforms.
  • Work with third parties and relevant partners for brand and sales development program (brand owners, vendors, etc)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including new product releases, inventory management, pricing, product descriptions, and customer inquiries.
  • Continuously monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing improvements when necessary.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing and Promotion:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and loyalty.
  • Create compelling email content, design visually appealing templates, and manage customer segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Brand Management:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s and the agency brand’s brand identity and positioning in the market.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning for effective brand communication.
  • Collaborate with product team and sales team for sales forecast to project replenishment plan and create effective sales strategies, prepare various reports by brand.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing, joint promotions and media events.
  • Assist in organizing and attending trade/ consumer events
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity by formulate and implement both offline and online marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.

Design and Content Creation:

  • Utilize design software and tools to create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, videos, and other multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and email templates that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Support design work of brand and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline
  • 3-year experience in e-Commerce and/or brand management, preferably within the wine or beverage industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skill
  • Graphic Design skills and Content Creation
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey brand messaging effectively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, and web analytics tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for wine and a solid understanding of the wine industry and consumer preferences
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in e-Commerce, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc
