We are looking for a Club Concierge / Club Ambassador based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Club Concierge / Ambassador, we rely on you to:

  • Provide personalised guest services with warm and attentive services
  • Mark down guest requirements and special arrangement
  • Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs
  • Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
  • Assist guests in airline reservation, confirmation, handling of messages, transportation arrrangements, city tours, restaurant reservations etc

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or above in hospitalty or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in service industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Self-motivated and well-organised
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Club Ambassador
