Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers across multiple channels, including social media, email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Demonstrate active listening skills and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Resolve difficult situations creatively, tactfully, and diplomatically.
- Establish processes for gathering customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance company products.
- Assist in creating educational content and FAQ sections.
- Provide support to various teams, such as Claims, Policy Administration, Account Management, and Product Development.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school certification or above, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Preferably, experience in the general insurance industry.
- Required to hold IIQE Paper 1 and 2 Certificates.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Capable of working independently, following directions, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
- Willingness and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
