Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers across multiple channels, including social media, email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Resolve difficult situations creatively, tactfully, and diplomatically.
  • Establish processes for gathering customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance company products.
  • Assist in creating educational content and FAQ sections.
  • Provide support to various teams, such as Claims, Policy Administration, Account Management, and Product Development.
  • Perform any other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school certification or above, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Preferably, experience in the general insurance industry.
  • Required to hold IIQE Paper 1 and 2 Certificates.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently, following directions, and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
