Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year experience in insurance field
  • Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administrative duties including typing, checking and proofreading business correspondence etc.
  • Exercise prudence in the process, investigation and settlement of claims
  • Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and tasks as required
