Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance field
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general administrative duties including typing, checking and proofreading business correspondence etc.
- Exercise prudence in the process, investigation and settlement of claims
- Handle claims related enquiries and complaints
- Prepare ad hoc reports and tasks as required
