Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Office Administration or HR field
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to manage the company's office administration, office supplies and related procurement, IT, as well as facilities management and maintenance
  • Manage service and contracts with service providers, including insurance, IT equipment
  • Organize company events and staff activities
  • Assist to manage daily operation of all-round HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment relations
