Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3 year experience in Office Administration or HR field
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to manage the company's office administration, office supplies and related procurement, IT, as well as facilities management and maintenance
- Manage service and contracts with service providers, including insurance, IT equipment
- Organize company events and staff activities
- Assist to manage daily operation of all-round HR functions including recruitment & selection, employment relations
