China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited ("the Company" or "China State Hong Kong") started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, "Buildings", "Port Works", "Roads and Drainage", "Site Formation" and "Waterworks".

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3D Digital Surveying (Laser scanning, Drone, Photogrammetry) for various applications, such as:
• Analysing the deviations against the design BIM models
• 3D site Existing Conditions
• 3D as-built models
• Perform data processing/analysis of point cloud data / photogrammetry data
• Develop / explore new applications of 3D Digital Surveying technology and BIM integration
• Liaise with project teams on the procedures and results of laser scanning
• Provide internal training to project teams

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Land Surveying and Geo-Informatics / Geomatics or related subjects.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in sizable contractors/ consulting firms.
• Knowledge of photogrammetric surveying with drone
• Proficiency in 3D Digital Surveying and familiar with commonly used laser scanner and data processing software.
