• Japanese company
• Manufacturer : electronic parts and raw materials
• Factories : Japan, Huizhou, Shanghai, Tianjin & Beijing
• Hong Kong : trading office
• Main market : HK, China and Asia
• Key customers : electronics, semiconductor and automotive industries in China and Asia
• We are looking for PURCHASING ASST – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work in Purchasing team in Hong Kong office
• Report to Purchasing Supervisor
• Participate in daily purchasing activities
• Place purchase orders and follow up
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers for quotations
• Review order status to ensure materials shipment is on time
• 1-2 years purchasing or related experience in manufacturing or trading companies
• Experience in electronics manufacturers is a plus
• Experience in Japanese manufacturers is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
• 12 months salary + performance bonus X 2
• Medical benefit
• Occasional OT is required with OT paid $$
• Door-to-Door transporation allowance
