Client Details

Our client is a reputable Hong Kong developer with diversified property assets in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a seasoned leasing candidate to look after their serviced apartments and residential portfolio in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve Company’s business targets
• Work as a team lead to ensure leasing processes, procedures, standards and guidelines are properly in placed and governed
• Prepare annual business plan and budget. Conduct periodic review on actual performances and propose reforecasts if required
• To lead the team in preparing strategic leasing proposal and pricing structure
• Monitor rental payment of all tenants and lead the Leasing Team to work with other departments on necessary follow ups

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• 10+ year of relevant experience in leasing/ property management, hotel sales or operation background is also welcome to apply
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and good team player with excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
