THE COMPANY :

• Chemicals trading
• Main market : SE Asia
• Minor market : China
• Other offices : Guangzhou, Shanghai, Vietnam, Taiwan & Malaysia
• We are looking for LOGISTICS MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree holder
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Solid managerial or senior level in logistics / operations preferably in trading companies
• Solid in import & export shipping & LC banking documents / logistics flow / operations / order processing ... etc
• Experience or knowledge in chemicals is an advantage
• Experience in SE Asian & China markets is a plus
• Knowledge in SAP or happy to learn SAP
• Report to the Director
• Manage daily logistics & operations of HK office
• Manage all round logistics, shipment operations and order processing activities
• Client credit verification and cargo releasing
• Manage the smooth coordination with suppliers, clients, China & Asian offices for logistics & operation arrangement
• Ensure daily smooth operation and strive for continuous improvement
• Manage daily administrative issues of HK office
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
