• Factories : Dongguan, Vietnam, Myanmar and the Philippines
• Main products : cotton knit mens & ladies underwear, swimwear, polo shirt & T shirt....etc
• Main markets : USA and Europe
• We are looking for FACTORY MANAGER (station Vietnam Wu Chi Minh city) – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Over 10 years relevant working experience in knit garment manufacturers
• Experience in cotton knit underwear or casual wear is a plus
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes , production machinery and techniques.
• Strong leadership and management competencies
• Proficient in English
• Chinese speaking is an advantage (not a must)
• Good time management and planning skills.
• Report to the Managing Director
• Fully manage garment factory of 500 workersin Vietnam Wu Chi Minh City
• Plan, formulate, organize, control, and direct production activities.
• Monitor the productivity, quality control and on time delivery
• Execute factory manufacturing strategic plan
• Oversee production operations and material control
• Ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards and regulatory compliance
• Station Vietnam Wu Chi Minh City
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Accomodation and meals provided
