You will:

• Assist Head to generate strategy and marketing plans including planning on loyalty program for recruiting and retain high spenders
• Manage customers' lifecycle through CRM programs to enhance spending experience
• Organize events and programs to attract spending interests
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in events and activities

You should have:

• A Bachelor degree and minimum of 8 years' relevant experience and solid exposure in CRM
• Experience in CRM
• Excellent communication skills and customer-centric
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
