Responsibilities: - Provide secretarial support to the senior management whenever required

  • Liaise and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties whenever required
  • Issue agenda and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes in the meeting, follow up with parties concerned in respect of matters decided at the meeting
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials, draft departmental correspondence
  • Assist all staff of the department in all administrative issues
  • Other office administration matters, whenever required

Requirements: - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin a definite asset

  • Degree or above in financial management or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent, efficient and able to work effectively under pressure
