What You Will be Doing:

• Work closely with Design and Marketing teams to coordinate the online and offline advertising and promotion materials
• Supervise designers’ schedule and project progress implementation
• Consolidate and distill the information and comments from marketing or other user departments to transform into actionable items for designers to work on in order to achieve with the agreeable objectives and time line
• Ensure accurate delivery and launch & off of the assigned project / materials: on brief, on time, hyper link etc
• Help Lead of Design to keep up the performance of design management team in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy through reviewing work flow for enhancement ras well as supervising and training for new joiner and junior team member

Who is our Right Fit:

• Diploma holder or above, 5+ years’ work experience
• Able to work independently and effectively under daily time constraints
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and with strong organizational skills
• Able to build strong relationships with internal departments and be flexible subject to changing business needs
• Self-motivator and problem solver in action to ongoing enhance the daily operation of the team
