BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (BOCI) was established in 1980 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BOCHK. All credit cards issued by BOCI are collectively called BOC Credit Cards. BOCI has issued various international credit cards, and is now the card issuing and acquiring processing centre for BOCHK. BOCI plays an important role in the credit card business in the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging role(s) :

Job Functions: Product Development & Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Product Development Department so as to assist the product departments of BOC Credit Card to accomplish the company’s overall business objectives.
- Manage the department for product/system development/enhancement of the various products including credit card, payment products (BoC Pay and BoC Bill) from design to implementation in an effective manner.
- Keep abreast of the market development regarding the credit card, payment products (both for consumers and merchants) and respond timely and proactively with related product development/innovation strategies so as to enhance the Company’s competitiveness in the market.
- According to the Company’s overall strategic development plan, liaise with the Group IT Department and other related internal and external parties for collaboration about the development plans, resources allocation and budget control in order to ensure the plans are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Lead the department to perform effective project management, work closely with the internal product departments to understand the product requirements, formulate related product development plan, conduct UAT, ensure the product launch in a smooth manner.
- Ensure the product development and the related projects are complying with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above.
- Minimum of 10 years of banking or related experience, including 7 years of experience in management level.
- Familiar with the card/payment product and the industry, as well as the latest market trend.
- Good understanding of the full lifecycle of card/payment business and relevant regulations and with good project management experience.
- Strong business acumen and capable of partnering with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution.
- Good leadership skills to lead the team to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication skills.
