About our role

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible in developing and implementing digital marketing and communication strategies to facilitate leasing marketing & office tenant engagement. Including but not limited to digital product development, adoption strategies, O2O campaigns and tenant partnership. He/She will work closely with agencies, internal IT and business stakeholders on planning, management, execution and delivery. Including website revamp, marketing tools development, SaaS solution adoption, etc.

Responsibilities will include

  • Formulate, develop & drive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement across the office portfolio, as part of the cross-functional team to achieve project goals
  • Create, execute and manage marketing programmes including but not limited to O2O campaigns, tenant engagement activations and partnership marketing
  • Define multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition and usage, raise brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Translate business priorities and goals into short and long term digital solutions and processes and produce briefs for agencies & vendors
  • Research, evaluate and recommend marketing innovation and necessary enhancements to support ongoing business priorities
  • Establish detailed and realistic project scopes after identifying and validating both business and technical parameters. Work closely with business users, UXUI designer, IT and QA for new function roll out and enhancement
  • Manage project schedule and timeline, balance the needs and priority based on business objectives
  • Ensure quality digital deliverables by identifying risks, issues and interdependencies, support UAT and live test. Provide appropriate mitigation approach or escalation as appropriate
  • Track budget and provide project status reports regularly
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on defining key digital KPI’s and ensure marketing support is available to drive performance results

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Digital-related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in running digital projects, including website, mobile application and SaaS solution adoption
  • Interprets and applies business, financial and market knowledge to make business decisions and advance the organisation's goals
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Builds strong teams through partnerships and works collaboratively. Applies their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
  • Ability to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects
  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market
  • Strong in project management, vendor and stakeholder management
  • Excellent understanding of design thinking, customer centric approach and UXUI design principals
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Sitecore, Salesforce and Google Analytics is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and capable to work with minimal supervision; ability to work under pressure
  • Digital savvy. Passionate about the latest technology, data and problem solving
