It is a popular destination for both locals and tourists seeking a peaceful and scenic getaway from the busy city life of Hong Kong. They are aiming to expand their businesses in the Mainland and Global market, and is seeking an ecommerce manager to strategically drive sales.

Description

• Formulate annual eCommerce strategies and implementation plan for mainland and worldwide markets to drive online sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Be responsible for sales performance of company webstore and other existing and new PRC eCommerce platforms, including but not limited to WeChat, TMall, Douyin and Xiaohungshu
• Monitor website analytics and KPIs and conversion rates
• Drive ticket sales through online portals and OTAs through proactively building strategic relationship and launching tactical online promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the online shopping experience
• Work with the Senior Manager - Sales & Revenue in recommending pricing strategies in the designated online channels
• Promote and maintain the presence of the company in the top tier HK destinations in Global/PRC online travel portals
• Monitor the market trend and eCommerce development in the PRC and overseas market and respond in a timely manner

Profile

• Degree holder in ecommerce, Digital marketing, tourism, hospitality, business adminstration ro related fields
• 10 years of commercial experience with 2 years of managerial experience
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Expert knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technolologies and pratices
