Our client is a well-known multinational medical device company with professional medical technology in the market. They are a market leader in their specialization and are strategically expanding the commercial structure of the region. They are looking for a professional in pricing strategy to join their team.

Description

This Regional Pricing Manager will report to the Regional Business Head in the office, to lead the regional pricing team for the company. This position will drive pricing programs and implement pricing strategies in the region to ensure company's commercial outcome. This role need a high level of collaboration within various apartments and stakeholders in the region. You will be the key person to modify and define the pricing management procedures and to guide the regional team to deliver the best practices. You will lead a small regional pricing team in this role.

Profile

The successful applicant must have solid experience in pricing strategy planning and implementation. Working experience in medical industry is not a must but an advantage. You should have a strong people management skill and a strong business acumen to possess deep understanding on price impact. This position requires a high level of collaboration with various department and regional offices, you need to have excellent communication skill and stakeholder management skill. Candidates needs to be independent, highly self-motivated and with great problem solving skills. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required for this role.
