As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Support project managers to deliver contact centre telephony system migration project
• Provide project support to end users
• Conduct user acceptance testing
• Support contact centre users on system perspectives
• Assist end users on resolving any system issues
• Assist on ad hoc project requests
• Assist on administrative tasks as assigned due to the project

To be considered for these positions as a Project Analyst, you possess the following:-

• HKDSE /HKCEE / diploma qualification or above will be required
• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst or Operation Analyst
• Prior experience in contact centre would be an advantage
• Well organized, attention to detail, flexible with working hours
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing
