BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (BOCI) was established in 1980 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BOCHK. All credit cards issued by BOCI are collectively called BOC Credit Cards. BOCI has issued various international credit cards, and is now the card issuing and acquiring processing centre for BOCHK. BOCI plays an important role in the credit card business in the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macau. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are now looking for high-calibre candidates to take up the following challenging role(s) :

Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate outsourcing and collection management strategies
• Processes optimization and increase productivity
• Executing asset recovery and debt restructuring strategies
• Formulate, track, evaluate and fine-tune the asset recovery strategies
• Handling customer complaints, including investigations and submitting report
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferable in Business Administration /Economics or related disciplines
• At least 8 years' experience in credit / financial analysis, preferably with debt collection experience
• Knowledge of credit card products and relevant regulatory requirements
• Accurate analytical ability
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills, organizational, planning, negotiation and coordination skills
• Mastering market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Experience in data analysis using Microsoft Excel, SAS
• Proficient in spoken & written Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office applications
