Responsibilities:

• Establish strong relationship with the corporate meeting planners, professional conference organizers and destination management companies, etc. to explore business opportunities
• Implementing all sales activities including sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, sales presentation, market research
• Entertains and conducts site inspection
• Develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share
• Maximizing business opportunities, implementing action plans and accomplishing goal set forth in the Marketing Plan

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hotel in Hong Kong
• Service-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of Opera, Delphi and Microsoft office applications
