W Hong Kong is hiring a Welcome Rooms Controller.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for daily room assignment following hotel's policy. Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible to create WOW experiences for guests. Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Review, track and accommodate requests for room changes when possible and communicate status to appropriate staff. Verify and adjust billing for guests as well as secure valid payment. Conduct the duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Hong Kong policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Experience - 4 years of work experience in hotel front desk positions
Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Technical/ functional competencies - Proficiency in Opera & POS system is a must
W Personality - Passionate, Playful, Audacious and Polished
W Look - Appear confident and well-groomed
You + You = W - Collaborate, embrace differences
Whatever/Whenever - Create the WOW experience as long as it's legal and moral
