One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences is a new brand that is set to rock the hospitality scene in Hong Kong.

Operated by One-Eight-One Hospitality Management Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HK-listed conglomerate - Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited), this property is located in Western District and commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. We are now looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for managing the relationship, saturation and penetration of major producing accounts in an effort to increase revenue for FIT, Corporate group and e-Commerce business to the hotel.
  2. Assist Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to develop and implement annual sales activity plan with measurable targets and expenses budget to achieve budgeted revenue and also to prepare RFP application in time every year.
  3. Maintain accurate and up to date account data.
  4. Identify and develop potential areas of business in corporate market and maintain relationship with top producing accounts.
  5. Review monthly production and account performance, recommend and executive sales activities required to ensure hotel acquires leading share of the market, identify potential new customer, embark on sales call to new accounts.
  6. Increase web generated revenues and awareness of property.
  7. Achieve (and exceed whenever possible) occupancies and average room rates as set out in the Marketing Plan budget.
  8. Work with Director of Sales / DOS&M to create sales strategy for both corporate and wholesales accounts.
  9. Handle familiarization groups and follow up, conduct client meetings as well as planning and coordinating site inspection.
  10. Attend and participate in and where appropriate, organize training session, daily briefings and other meetings as required.
  11. Assist DOSM to develop, implement and keep current the various segments of the marketing communication plan relating to sales.
  12. Provide updated market information / intelligence to assist DOSM to maintain an accurate strategy planning and rate strategy planning.
  13. Assist to create content for web site campaigns and newsletters.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
  2. 5 – 6 years’ experience in hotel sales industry and with proven sales track record.
  3. Able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  4. Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated, independent, result-driven, customer-focused and well-organized.
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

  1. DDegree holder in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related disciplines. fields
  2. Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in hotel sales & marketing department
  3. Self-motivated and results-driven
  4. Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Well organized and proactive with good sales techniques
  6. A good team player and problem solver
  7. Multi-lingual will be an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
