烹調菜式；預備及採購食材，監控庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房運作；協助其他廚務。

每週工作6天,輪休, 每天工作 10 - 11 小時

$18-$22K/每月, 年假10天及生日假

1年以上有關工作經驗，一般粵語，一般中文讀寫

地點：西營盤食品中央工場
