Our subsidiary, The Henderson Hospitality Limited, is now inviting high caliber candidates for the position of:-

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting team
• Prepare annual budgeting, rolling forecast, financial and management reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Conduct variance analysis, cost control, feasibility study and identify opportunities for business development
• Streamline operation workflows and formulate internal control to enhance process efficiency and ensure compliance with organization’s financial policies and procedures
• Establish and implement system enhancement projects, such as POS, Costing and CRM systems etc. to ensure accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience
• Possess solid experience in inventory management & costing, with exposure in F&B or hotel industry will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, e.g. POS, Procurement & Accounting etc.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous with excellent attention to details and accuracy
