Located in the heart of Hong Kong Island and ideally situated on the waterfront. Within walking distance to the convenient underground MTR transportation system, fashionable shopping centres and commercial offices at Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central.

We now invite enthusiastic hotelier to join our exceptional team as:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the event logistics from sales till the completion of the event
• Responsible for providing latest market intelligence and competitor activities
• Promote varieties of functions in the hotel to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue
• Conduct sales calls, entertainment and attending social events as requested by the Company
• Recognize the needs for new and modified function / event approaches
• Achieve monthly and annual assigned sales target

Requirements

• Holder of Advance Diploma or above in Hospitality, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of Catering and Event sales experience in hospitality industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good sense of market trend and strong negotiation skills
• Proactive, innovative, mature and goal oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• More experience will be considered as Catering Sales Manager
