Established in 1963, Heep Hong Society is a leading education and rehabilitation organization committed to helping children and youth of special needs through our professional training and family support services. Our 1300+ multi-disciplinary team serve more than 15,000 families every year at over 60 service units, as well as mainstream kindergartens, primary and secondary schools.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Head of Corporate Development to coordinate the work of fundraising events to meet the Society’s fundraising objectives
• To develop new ideas for online/offline fundraising events and promotional projects
• To prepare timeline, craft relevant content or briefing materials for the event and promotional project
• To liaise and coordinate with relevant internal teams and external vendors /agencies to ensure smooth operation of events and projects promotion
• To undertake any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Event Management or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ marketing and/or communication experience; experience in NGO fundraising preferable
• Proven record of event management; & fundraising
• Experience of networking with a broad contact base, including business and funding bodies;
• A good team player, well organized and attentive to details
• Proactive, positive with strong interest in charity
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
