Responsibilities:

• Validate and fine tune the Approach simulator exercises for ATC Training Courses
• Validate and fine tune the Tower simulator exercises for ATC Training Courses
• Assist in creating Pseudo-Pilot scripts for Tower and Approach exercises
• Create teaching aids for display in the classroom and simulator (including airport layouts, circuit expectations, approach airspace, climb profiles, descent profiles, frequencies, holding pattern etc.)
• Assist in budget creation and monitoring OPEX
• Deliver classroom training for the Basic ATC Course
• Familiarize and deliver the ATC/pilot collaboration training
• Assist in the development of ATC refresher training
• Manage the FEAST ATC selection program
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) simulator instruction for Approach
• Provide SME simulator instruction for Tower
• Develop and deliver the ATC bridging course for Tower and Approach
• Formulate the strategies associated with the taking over of the Pseudo Pilot manning program

Requirements:

• Tertiary education standard
• Qualified and experienced Air Traffic Controller with at least 10 years of operational experience
• Training qualification and managerial experience in the Air Traffic Control profession
• Proactive and customer orientated, good presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
