Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and planning online financial innovations
• Assist in the development and implementation of projects/products of the Development Division (including requirements analysis, program design, UAT testing, documentation and other related work etc)
• Focus on market data and provide competitive project optimization advice
• Complete other tasks assigned by team leader

Requirements: - University degree or above (majoring in finance, e-commerce, economics or information technology)

• 5 years or above Experience in service and function development with integrated channels or online banking is preferred
• Familiar with the Internet market, willing to track down and understand the online financial business, pay for new trends in business, new technologies, new products and new models, with relevant experience preferred
• Ability to dig deeper and be more judgmental about user pain points and market opportunities
• Strong logic analysis, as well as language skills
• Strong communication, coordination and execution skills, as well as team spirit
• Those who have participated in major projects are preferred and those with experience in BOC Hong Kong Branch and personal finance departments are preferred
