The Job

• Carry out food safety and supplier audits for registered firms based on global standards or checklists provided by clients in Hong Kong and other countries
• Provide and maintain audit results and reports with high integrity and security
• Take the lead to manage clients’ audit programs
• Communicate and work with clients on subjects relating to food safety and hygiene audits, training, and laboratory testing
• Provide guidance and support to account executives and client services teams on audit related business
• Prepare training materials, design training programs and deliver training workshops

The Person

• Degree holder in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in food industries, with 3 years or more on system audits, hotel audits or food supplier audits.
• Familiar with food safety standards and legal requirements, including food safety best practice and safety management standards such as GMP, ISO22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC and IFS standard requirements
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in computer applications, especially the MS Office 365 Suite.
• Willing to work in clients’ premises with travelling at high frequency
• Senior Food Auditor should attain qualification of accredited third-party certification program(s).
