Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Coupa platform, including user management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the system
  • Customize and configure the Coupa platform based on the organization's business processes and requirements. This includes setting up user roles, permissions, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system integrations
  • Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with the IT team and Coupa vendors. Test new features and functionalities to ensure smooth integration with existing systems
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the Coupa platform. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and address user queries and issues related to the system
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data within the Coupa system to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports as required
  • Collaborate with Coupa vendors and support teams to resolve system issues, coordinate system upgrades, and stay updated on new features and functionalities. Act as a liaison between the organization and Coupa support teams
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's procurement, invoicing, and expense management processes through the effective use of the Coupa platform. Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2-3 years work experience on Procurement field & in banks and financial institutes is preferred
  • Coupa certification(s) is highly desirable
  • Relevant work experience with system administration, user management, and system integrations is preferred
  • Possesses comprehensive understanding of the requirements of Supply Chain process
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
  • Challenges status quo to develop innovative solutions to enhance the team’s quality and effectiveness
  • Good leadership, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Associate.
