Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee to ensure Outsourcing Service activities of the section are completed as per established procedures and agreed service level, risk controls and standard of quality per bank’s requirements and contract, etc.
• Oversee to ensure end to end OSP processes are efficiency and effectively to meet the agreed SLA
• Regular review operating requirements and define service level requirements
• Review outsourcing service providers performance in accordance to Vendor Performance Management Framework for third-party outsourcing arrangement
• Perform outsourcing risk review, post Implementation review as per risk management standards
• Conduct formal site visits to inspect outsourcing service providers
• Manage outsourcing service providers and coordinate with the relevant control functions to understand the risk of any non-compliance issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Maintain and understand the SOP and process maps

Requirements

• University graduate or above
• At least 7 years of managing outsourcing service provider and at least 3 years of people management experience
• Experienced in managing outsourcing contracts / vendors, preferred with banking operations, especially ATM or cash handling experience
• Experienced in participating into risk management, process improvement, customer experience and digitization project
• Excellent communication and written skill (English and Chinese)
• Able to work under high pressure and work independently
• Familiar in using MS Office tools to do data minding, reporting and monitoring
• Be data sensitive and with sound presentation and communication skill
