Main Responsibilities

• Maintain a robust product governance framework of the Bank.
• Assist to build innovative product management tools and applications for ongoing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product.
• Maintain and update the Product List of the Bank on regular basis.
• Support the product lifecycle management framework of the Bank.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders of the Bank to capture relevant data / information and prepare management oversight reports to support the product governance work.
• Provide support on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business / Finance and related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in banking or financial industry
• Experience in product governance or product management is highly preferred
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
