WHARF CHINA ESTATES LIMITED is the Mainland investment property arm of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited. It operates prime Times Square and IFS developments in major cities including Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha, Wuxi and Dalian.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in planning and executing the marketing and promotional activities of a shopping mall in PRC.
• Explore marketing opportunities and coordinate joint promotions with business partners.
• Plan and execute thematic and tactical promotions to draw market attention and boost traffic, especially among millennials and Gen Z.
• Provide support for PR and publicity activities as well as event management and CRM management.
• Frequent travel to Mainland China will be required.

Requirements

• University graduates in marketing or communications with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with backgrounds in real estate development, agency firms, or production houses, with solid experience in marketing and promotional activities at shopping mall will be preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a holistic thinking approach.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Strong creativity and ability to work under pressure.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in fashion, technology, and consumer behaviour.
