Fairview Park is a thriving suburban community of over 5,000 houses surrounding a commercial town centre in Yuen Long. Fairview Park Property Management Ltd. is looking for high calibre candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Customer Services Manager, be responsible for handling documents and external communication related to Estate’s matters.
• Handle enquiries or complaints lodged by stakeholders in relation to Estate matters.
• Maintain effective communications with stakeholders either through social media or other channels.
• Assist to organize festival activities for residents, such as Mid-Autumn and Chinese New Year events.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager or his delegates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent subjects
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in relevant field, working experience in collaboration with public relations and media is preferrable.
• Ability to assist with strategic dissemination of public information.
• Good command of English and Chinese, especially with very good command of writing skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of establishing connection with stakeholders.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
