Job Responsibilities
- A sales hunter
- Identify, develop and drive new business opportunities and formulate business solutions for the clients
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve the assigned sales target and grow the business
- Perform end-to-end sales activities from proposal to deal closing
- Review & analysis of the market situation for new business development
- Liaise and work closely with external/internal business parties on business solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years B2B experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Education Industries, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, and Property Management is an advantage
- Self-motived team player with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- A Cantonese speaker is a must
