Responsibilities:

This position will be marketing focus, managing a portfolio of quality investment properties with the aim of achieving promising results. The successful candidates will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on digital marketing, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation, new letting / renewal, and tenancy administration. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also need to explore new clients.

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
