Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Security Department to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, visitors hotel and hotel assets
  • Plan and coordinate with both internal and external parties for VIP visits and special events
  • Attend all necessary meetings and disseminate all relevant information to the team
  • Supervise the team’s performance and provide necessary support to Security Supervisor and Security Officer
  • Conduct security related trainings to the team and new joiners of other departments
  • Review existing policies and procedures to identify improvement areas and provide solutions for enhancement
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Head from time to time

Requirements:

  • Holder of valid Security Personal Permit
  • 5 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in luxury hotels
  • Academic background in Security Management would be an advantage
  • Qualified First-Aider. AED Certificate is preferred
  • Excellent problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Computer literate in MS Office
