Job duties / responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR supports in staff on-boarding, off-boarding, work visa renewal, contract renewal and staff probation process etc.;
  • Input and maintain accurate employee profiles in HR system and filing system;
  • Work closely with HR Manager to organize employee wellness activities and provide support in benefits administration;
  • Maintain staff movement records in a timely manner;
  • Provide support in annual exercises & projects such as vendor contract renewal, salary review, annual tax reporting, absence management and performance management;
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Coordinate team/ department meetings and provide general administrative supports;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Specification:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Well organized, flexible and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong MS Excel skills, numerate and attentive to details
  • Proficient at MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills with a good command of both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • 0-2 years of HR experience preferably with financial institutions, or sizeable companies
  • University fresh graduate will also be considered
