Responsibilities:

• Responsible for treatment standards, all types of treatment training, professional and retail product training, treatment room maintenance
• Review treatment standards and protocols, procedures and operational status, Handling guest feedback in regards to treatments and therapists
• Establish and manage the annual CAPEX plan and budget
• Support the strategic direction of general projects related to enhancement of our beauty salon. The project management covers the areas of planning, administration, implementation and evaluation of financial results of projects

Requirements:

• Holder of professional certificates awarded by authorized institutions will be advantaged
• 5 years’ experience in Body & Face Treatment, Oriental & Asian Treatments, Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, machine treatment
• At least 2 years’ experience in treatment training position
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Good computer and organizational skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Detail Orientated
