As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Assistant Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic market positioning & brand manifesto for residential projects
• Provide support in creative and customer-oriented proposal on design features, clubhouse amenities, building provisions, sales office, etc and conduct feasibility study
• Work with various teams (design, project, property management teams) to implement smooth process of product development
• Develop communication plan (both online & offline) to ensure marketing collaterals are on brief and to maintain integrity with the brand and positioning
• Conduct market research, monitor and analyze latest trends on market intelligence

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in marketing, product design and property development are preferred
• Have passion, innovative, creative mindset to help managing new initiatives
• Strong research, analytical skills, good marketing sense and meticulous
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, innovative and committed to residential marketing industry
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
