Requirement :

• be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
• possess a bachelor's or a higher degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
• Level 4 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or
• Level 4 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE henceforth, or equivalent
• At least 4 years' full-time post-qualification work experience including 3 years' work experience in arts administration/event management or marketing;
• be fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

Main Job Responsibilities:

To assist in planning, development, and execution of publicity campaign for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival 2024 (GBAF) and the touring programmes to GBA cities;

To initiate marketing plan and to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders

To formulate content strategies, create and curate content for multiple social media platforms

To prepare brochures, press releases, presentations and editorials etc.

To organise press conference and the opening ceremony of the GBAF

To manage budgets, prepare analytical report, art d drive tangible and measurable results against set goals;

To supervise subordinate staff
