Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in managing building renovation and A&A projects.
• Assist in project coordination, monitoring project progress, and managing project resources for project completion handover.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, team members, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Assist in coordinating with the Property Management Team for project completion handover, including preparing and maintaining project documentation such as statutory approval letters, drawings, meeting minutes, progress reports, and handover documents.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Architectural Studies / Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Project Management.
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in consultants, contractors, or property developers.
• Experience in works related to commercial buildings, shopping malls or hotels will be preferred.
• Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills.
