The company specializes in areas such as Merchandising, Sales and Marketing, Retails, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting and other general appointments.

We are sincerely looking for high caliber candidates to fill this post:

Requirements

  • HKCEE / DSE / Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales Co-ordination / Follow up order field
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Job description

  • Responsible for customer order processing
  • Coordinate with customer service representative on sales order status and arrange shipment to ensure on time delivery
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
  • Prepare sales documents such as invoice, purchase order, sales quotation and delivery
