• We provide sourcing services in several industries with focus in technology, aerospace & electronic companies in Europe
• Hong Kong office is responsible for sourcing and procurement in the Asia-Pacific Region for the purpose of supplying all kinds of electronic components, chemical materials, steel & metal materials, raw materials, equipment and systems.
• Our main activities involves electronic components, microchips, optical components, chemical materials, steel, metal & raw materials ..... etc for technology infrastructure projects
• We are looking for Supply Quality Assurance Engineer - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent
• Proficient in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
• Over 3 years of experience in supply quality assurance
• Experience in the production quality and understand PCB manufacturing
• Report to General Manager of HK office; functionally report to Supplier QA Manager in HQ
• Source & develop new suppliers for all kinds of production materials, equipment, systems and infrastructures required for production activities for projects and programs with special qualifications and shortage of supply resources, developing existing suppliers, establishing long-term cooperation with suppliers, and alternative supply sources.
• To manage the audits planned in order to determine the system competencies of the supplier companies, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines
• To manage factory audits of new potential suppliers and regular checking of the existing supplier technical situations and in case of some improvement needed guide the producer partners,
• To check the quality of all products in source and before shipment with coordination of trusted QC partners and give suggestions for improving the production process if necessary. (Source inspection/shipment inspection)
• To plan and ensure that process audits are carried out at critical suppliers in order to manage supply chain risks in terms of product compliance and to ensure process and product compliance.
• To monitor outsourced processes, improve processes and develop suppliers within the scope of products/services.
• Managing the activities of selecting suppliers, monitoring performance, improving and developing processes.
• To monitor the performance of the suppliers, to initiate improvement activities by managing the determination of the issues that need improvement.
• To ensure selection, evaluation and periodic follow-up audits of companies that are or are planned to be suppliers (distributors, subcontractors and vendors)
• Prepare audit reports, having non conformity and action plans followed, if any.
• Business trips is required
• 5 days work
• 13 month salary
