We are seeking for a Auditor who will play a crucial role in building our internal center of excellence and driving transformative initiatives. This role requires strong knowledge of auditing practices, IIA QAIP requirements, and internal audit tools, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and drive enhancements within the department.

Description
Responsible for driving and overseeing departmental transformation projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. They will lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, conducting reviews of audit reports and engagement files to assess adherence to internal policies and procedures. The Assistant Vice President will also perform self-assessment reviews, communicate trends and recommendations for improvement, and manage external quality and assessment reviews. They will collaborate with GIA team leads to enhance the department's audit, risk management, and investigation approach, including the implementation of technology and data analytics. Additionally, they will prepare reports, bulletins, and updates for various stakeholders, monitor the progress of audit activities and deliverables, and handle other assigned duties and special projects.
Profile
- Degree holder with more than 10 years working experience in Global exposure.
- In depth experience with IT Audit or Internal Audit.
- Experience in Project Management, involved in complex Audit Project.
- Experience in Digital Transformation journey with Global exposure.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills and project management skills.
- Data analytic experience is a strong plus.
- English and Mandarin is a Must.
