We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.

About Our Client:

We're currently on the lookout for a skilled 3D Design Manager to join our client's dynamic team in their 3D division. As part of this role, you'll take charge of the end-to-end Research & Development process within the Digital Product Creation Department. Your main tasks will involve crafting and overseeing virtual environments for 3D showcasing, as well as spearheading the creation of motion-graphical presentations.

What You Will Work On:

• Spearheading research and development initiatives for 3D showcasing.
• Leading and inspiring a small team to exemplify the company’s culture and values.
• Maintaining a selfless approach focused solely on 3D goals and aspirations.
• Setting clear objectives and vision for the Digital Product Creation Team to align with the company's business strategy.
• Introducing and implementing innovative ideas, tools, and inspirations to enhance the business model.
• Motivating the team to achieve business objectives effectively.
• Ensuring seamless execution of 3D activities within the company and supplier scope, adhering to company expectations.
• Assisting in the digitisation of the material library.
• Conducting presentations and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
• Overseeing approval processes for all 3D sketches and related tasks.
• Cultivating a winning mentality and fostering a self-sufficient team within the 3D department.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Traveling occasionally for business purposes and attending 3D-related events like seminars, fairs, and fashion shows.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Textiles, Digital Fashion, or related fields pertinent to fashion design, pattern making, and 3D modeling.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, ideally within a reputable fashion company or a 3D garment simulation software firm.
• Proven track record in project management and execution aligned with business strategies.
• Proficiency in essential 3D design software, particularly CLO and Keyshot.
• Strong command of PC and Adobe programs, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with computer pattern making and grading systems such as Optitex, Gerber, or Lectra is advantageous.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in fashion design.
• Diligent and updated with the latest international fashion trends.
• Highly organised with a keen aesthetic sense.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adept at problem-solving, and a team player.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Preference for candidates experienced in dealing with European buyers.
• Design portfolio showcasing your previous project achievements/ involvements
