職責:

• 樓面工作，協助經理管理餐廳日常運作及其他文書事務
• 帶領團隊達成營業目標
• 管理、培訓員工為客人提供高質素的餐飲服務

要求:

• 5年或以上餐飲工作經驗, 包括餐飲/餐廳管理經驗
• 流利廣東話、良好餐飲業普通話及英語
• 熟悉電腦操作及餐廳運作流程
• 出色人際關係及溝通技巧
